Dr. A Bashar, PEng, is President, CEO & Chairman of The Optimum NAOE Solutions Inc. in Vancouver, BC. As a dedicated community leader, he serves as Director for Youth and Children at BAAC and promotes Bengali language and culture. A licensed professional engineer in three Canadian provinces, Dr. Bashar is a Life Fellow of IEB and President of CSBE.
