Data Deletion - Belbotika

Belbotika lets you connect a Facebook Page (and any linked Instagram business account) to publish and schedule posts. This page explains exactly what we store and how you can have it permanently deleted.

1. What Data We Store

When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account to Belbotika, we store:

Account identifiers: the Page or account name and its ID, and the connecting user's identifier (used solely to map deletion requests).
Access token: an encrypted access token used only to publish content on your behalf when you choose to publish or schedule a post.
Post records: the posts you create through Belbotika, including caption, image, status, and the engagement metrics (reach, reactions, comments, shares) for those posts.

2. How to Delete Your Data

Option 1 — From Facebook (automatic)

Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations.
Find Belbotika in the list and choose Remove.
Facebook notifies Belbotika, and we immediately delete the connected Page and Instagram account(s) and their access tokens. You receive a confirmation code, and this status page will show the result when you visit it with that code.

Option 2 — By email

Write to info@belbotika.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. We will remove your account data, connected social accounts, and associated posts within 30 days and confirm by email.

3. What Happens After Deletion

When a deletion request is processed, the connected account(s) and their encrypted access tokens are permanently removed from our systems. Belbotika can no longer access or publish to those accounts. Historical post records are detached from the deleted account and are either anonymized or removed in line with our retention practices.
