📋 Submission Types
AE4SF-2026 accepts two types of submissions:
📝 Extended Abstract
- 500–800 words
- Structured: Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion
- Up to 2 figures or tables
- Minimum 5 references
- Suitable for practitioners & industry professionals
📄 Full Paper
- 4,000–6,000 words
- Original unpublished research
- Double-blind peer reviewed
- IEEE or APA citation format
- Suitable for academic researchers
💡 Publication: All accepted papers will be published at belbotika.com/ae4sf-2026 and included in the AE4SF-2026 symposium proceedings. Selected full papers may be invited for publication in a special journal issue.

Document Format
- File format: PDF or DOCX
- File size: Maximum 20 MB
- Page size: A4 or Letter
- Margins: 1 inch / 2.54 cm all sides
- Font: Times New Roman 12pt or Arial 11pt
- Line spacing: 1.5 or double
- Language: English only
Required Sections
- Title (concise, max 20 words)
- Author name(s) and affiliation(s)
- Abstract (150–250 words)
- Keywords (3–6 keywords)
- Introduction
- Methodology / Approach
- Results & Discussion
- Conclusion & References
🔍 Review Process

Initial Screening
All submissions are checked for scope, formatting compliance, and academic integrity by the organizing committee.

Peer Review
Full papers undergo double-blind review by at least two qualified reviewers. Extended abstracts receive single-blind review.
3
Author Notification
Decision (Accept / Minor Revision / Major Revision / Reject) sent by April 15, 2026.
4
Camera-Ready Submission
Accepted authors submit the final camera-ready version + signed copyright form by May 15, 2026.

Originality: Submitted work must be original and not previously published or under review elsewhere.

Plagiarism: Submissions with similarity scores above 20% will be rejected without review.
✅
AI-Assisted Writing: Use of AI tools must be disclosed in the acknowledgment section. AI cannot be listed as an author.
✅
Authorship: All listed authors must have made substantial contributions. Ghost authorship is not permitted.
