When do I get paid?
Each payment becomes payable 35 days after the customer pays, once the refund window has passed. When your balance reaches CAD 50 you can ask for a payout, and we send it by the method you choose.
What do I earn on?
30% of what the customer actually pays for a plan, not counting tax and after any discount, for 12 months from their first payment. Free sign-ups, trials and one-off purchases do not earn.
What if a customer is refunded?
The matching commission is taken back, in proportion. If it was already paid, it comes off your next payout. That is why there is a waiting period.
Can I refer my own account or my team?
No. Your own account, your own business and anyone who works in your workspaces do not earn commission.
What can I say when I promote it?
Be honest about what Belbotika does, and say you earn a commission when you recommend it. Don't promise results, and don't say anyone else endorses it. We give you ready-to-send words once you're approved.
Do I need to be a customer?
You need a free Belbotika account, which is how you sign in to your partner page. You don't need a paid plan.
